Shipping policy
Our shipping rates are based off the Auspost Standard and Express rates for both domestic and international postage. As AusPost change their prices, we will update the shop postage prices as well
Every country has been loaded with the relevant postage cost so we can charge the absolute minimum for your country, rather than a flat rate for overseas shipping
If for some reason the postage cost is less than what you paid for, the additional postage cost will be refunded to you
Please note, once the package has been taken to AusPost, we are no longer responsible for the item if it is damaged or lost. We will lodge claims with AusPost if this occurs so please contact us at woolandworks@gmail.com with images of the damaged packaging
