I think the videos are pretty self explanatory on why I had to include this colourway. The Michael cannoli is such a huge moment in the series. It’s about the restaurant coming together for first service, Marcus expanding his pastry chef skills to create something that Carmy imagined, Syd and Carmy realising that they’re doing the damn thing!! Just ugh such a HUGE moment and my gosh I’d love a cannoli. If you haven’t realised, I love food so this show is just ticking all the boxes for me

As the yarns are all hand dyed, slight variations can occur between dye lots so it is recommended that you buy enough for your project at the one time. Where possible, your yarns will be dyed from the same dye lot and even in the same pan to maintain consistency
